Project Manager Auckland

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager. In this position, you will oversee all aspects of the build specific to the projects ensuring timely and cost-effective management of the projects.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role will have attention to detail and a methodical approach to work sets. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and the capacity to thrive under pressure to meet tight deadlines. We value a team player who can communicate effectively with all levels, is self-motivated, and have effective time management skills. 

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 10+ years of commercial site management experience, including experience in multistorey steel and concrete structures.
  • Solid understanding of all Health and Safety protocols and processes.
  • Confidence to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers in all matters of project programming, coordinating of sub-trades and deliveries for materials and equipment.
  • The ability to effectively carry out pre-and post-pour documentation along with Quality and Assurance documentation.
  • The ability to compile accurate records and have a solid understanding of interpreting and following plans.
  • Experience overseeing large sites and multi-projects that are deadline oriented.
  • Excellent communication with employees, supervisors, clients, and any other external or internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to work as part of a team with great interpersonal skills.

Concrete Pump Operator Auckland

We are looking for a Concrete Pump Operator to join our busy team.

What your day-to-day will look like but not limited to:

Drive concrete pump trucks to and from each project site in a punctual and responsible manner. Evaluate site conditions and work with contractors or supervisors to park/set up the truck properly and in line with Company standard operating procedures. Operate boom and concrete pump to place concrete in desired locations, placing special focus on provided instructions. Load and unload concrete pump attachments and ensure that all associated tools are used in a safe manner. Troubleshooting whilst pumping on site and always communicating accordingly considering concrete's lifespan.

The ideal applicant will have the following:

  • 3+ years of Concrete Pump experience working on commercial formwork construction projects.
  • Hardworking and dependable.
  • Workplace Health and safety conscious.
  • A “can do” attitude with good communication skills.
  • Driven to make a difference by working well within a team environment.
  • Ability to work to high work standards.
  • A full class 4 or 5 NZ driver's license is essential. 

What you will receive in return:

Remuneration congruent with your skills and experience. Gross hourly rate ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 depending on skills and experience. Standard days of work are carried out between Monday to Saturday of each week (half day Saturday). It is anticipated that usual weekly working hours will be approximately 50 + hours per week, therefore, we can confirm minimum weekly working hours of 30 depending on demand and client requirements, except in cases of absence, sickness, a pandemic, leave or similar.

Accounts Payable Auckland

Are you a highly motivated, result-driven individual looking for a new challenge? 

We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable professional to join our busy team.

As an Accounts Payable, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, including order processing, invoice handling, payment processing, query resolution, and reconciliations.
  • Processing and reconciling monthly credit card statements.
  • Obtaining authorisation and processing payment of expense claims.
  • Reconciling bank statements.
  • Analysing project expenditure.
  • Complete intergroup on charges.
  • Providing monthly reporting to the management team.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable (minimum of 1 year).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
