Compliance Document Controller Auckland

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compliance Document Controller.
As our Compliance Document Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders. You will work closely with various departments to develop, review, update, and control documents, ensuring compliance with ISO, industry standards and Company policies. You will have strong organisational and multitasking skills, process driven with excellent computer skills. You will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others. You will be dynamic and self-motivated.
To excel in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, and maintaining Company documents, including policies, procedures, and manuals as required in line with document control process for the group of companies.
- Provide guidelines and develop processes around release of documentation.
- Ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with ISO Standards and Regulations.
- Review and establish document control processes, including version control and distribution.
- Managing archiving processes for all departments as required.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and incorporate feedback into documents.
- Research and suggest in collaboration with the team to set up an efficient centralised document management system within our existing SharePoint environment for easy access and retrieval.
- Review and maintain the quality management system to ensure compliance.
- Provide input into selection and maintenance of any programs, apps, or systems, in so far as they relate to document control.
- Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures as required.
Qualifications:
- Must have knowledge of SharePoint to be able to manage and control documents stored in SharePoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, information management, or similar.
- Proven 3 years’ experience in document development and control.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and regulations related to document control.

Project Manager Auckland
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager. In this position, you will oversee all aspects of the build specific to the projects ensuring timely and cost-effective management of the projects.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will have attention to detail and a methodical approach to work sets. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and the capacity to thrive under pressure to meet tight deadlines. We value a team player who can communicate effectively with all levels, is self-motivated, and have effective time management skills.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 10+ years of commercial site management experience, including experience in multistorey steel and concrete structures.
- Solid understanding of all Health and Safety protocols and processes.
- Confidence to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers in all matters of project programming, coordinating of sub-trades and deliveries for materials and equipment.
- The ability to effectively carry out pre-and post-pour documentation along with Quality and Assurance documentation.
- The ability to compile accurate records and have a solid understanding of interpreting and following plans.
- Experience overseeing large sites and multi-projects that are deadline oriented.
- Excellent communication with employees, supervisors, clients, and any other external or internal stakeholders.
- The ability to work as part of a team with great interpersonal skills.
